There is a new (free) service I read about called AskMeNow which is a
sort of concierge answer line.

This blogger has figured out how to get geocoding information while on
the road by asking carefully phrased questions. Since the human
concierges work in the Phillipines, it probably would help to learn
some polite phrases in Tagalog...
