Well, there's some work behind...

First of all, I had saved a clip called "robot mommy movie".
I selected some frames with the program Free Video to JPG Converter.
I manipped a couple of frames - similar to the two here attached - inserting the "neck" picture; by the way, it's been necessary to adjust brightness and contrast...

Finally, I made a gif with those two frames and others unmanipped !

Personally, I'm still using with satisfaction Adobe Photoshop 6.0 (wonderful for manipping) wich came together  with ImageReady.

Anyway, it could be even better to find a program giving transitions, fade-outs between a frame and another.
