Waiting for the new year to start.

Good afternoon All,

   This is just a reminder that if you haven't registered don't forget to do so soon. Please feel free to do so on line at www.gshpa.org. With that being said we want to bid fairwell to Arwen and Elizabeth as they are moving away. We want to say thank you for all that they brought to the troop, and wish the whole family best of luck on their new endeavor. 

   We are planning a parent meeting for Sept.8, at 2pm location to be announced later. The purpose is to give you an idea of how the year is going to go. Also to get input from you all. The major project for this year is the Bronze Award.  If you could review the requirements with your daughter before the first meeting that would be great. 

  The last thing we need to know is who is going on the zoo trip Oct.26-27 its a Saturday Sunday trip now. We are going to need parents as well as girls to attend. There will have to be 2 adults per car. So if you haven't filled out your volunteer paper work please do so so you can join us. The girls did such a great job earning badges and making it through their journey and selling cookies. We would love to reward them with this trip.
