Support Collection/categorization/analysis of feedback from different sources - Look for links, trends and common issues between VOC and DHL Touchpoints - Analysis of major customer pain points Report on the execution and improvement of First Choice Initiatives in Americas - Support regional initiative performance, progress, human capacity and financial impact from different areas/countries. Develop proposals of improvements for reporting structure, tools and validation of processes - Help monitor impact of program on operability of business based on KPIs/impact plan for current year Execute the communication plan (planning, distribution, inventory management of First Choice merchandise for countries within region) - Planning/revision/publication of the quarterly newsletter Coordinate the agenda (hand over recognition from Regional management) - Ecard tool - motivate local recognition of project teams/experts/stakeholders - support: request/track corporate certificates Who are we looking for?
