A new report, based on Verizon's state-based annual reports showed that Verizon lost billions in just 2 years in just 5 states, NY, NJ, MA, PA and RI. --- How can this be if FiOS is so profitable?

The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities has requested that Verizon explain why they have not fulfilled their obligation to have 100% of the State finished with 45 Mbps services. Will the State hold them accountable?
