Latest article on reviewing Commercial Buildings - Instead of looking at Green Energy "additions" to their buildings, Property Owners should be more focused on looking at new capabilities to attract and maintain tenants as more and more buildings get hit with higher vacancy rates as more companies shrink their requirements for space.
We hit a paradigm shift back in 2020 many do NOT want to recognize. With people working-from-home, and more companies making that permanent, there is LESS demand for office space. I have always said this - if a building is technologically obsolete, it will NOT attract prime Class A Corporate tenants who are looking for resilient buildings that can support their corporate Mission Critical Applications.
