Hi ALL.

Here is my latest article. After seeing so many buildings lose their market values (in many major cities - not just Chicago and New York) I looked closer. The appraisals are obsolete as they do NOT even review intelligent infrastructure and amenities.

Bottom line- the appraisals should be worse than what they are. If a building is technologically obsolete, its value has diminished even more as it will NOT be desirable to corporate tenants seeking support for their mission critical applications --
