This article focuses on Digital Hucksters, the digital snake oil Salesmen of the 21st century. They talk about a lot of whimsical applications for Smart Cities and digital equity, but all it is, is a lot of buzzwords.

Real improvements are needed to the infrastructure from making buildings more resilient to making sure redundant high-speed connectivity and redundant power are brought into every commercial office building that wants corporate tenants who need to utilize mission critical applications.

As I have said in the past, "Smart Cities do NOT have DUMB Buildings!"
