Hi ALL,

This is a good article as it points out some of the "Digital Hucksters" we have to deal with in the area of Intelligent Buildings and trying to get commercial Real Estate (CRE) buildings to be able to support Corporate Mission Critical Applications.

Most CRE today is technologically obsolete. AND, most of its owners have been dragging their feet in the past to upgrade buildings.

NOW, that a good portion of people work-from-home, those LOW occupancy CRE buildings will continue to LOSE market values as no one is going to "come back" to an obsolete building. Some buildings are already losing their Market values by 50-80% (some even MORE).

It's a new day. CRE companies thought all the commuters would "come back to work" but they failed to see the paradigm shift right at the End of COVID. Many workers stayed home permanently and the "Real Estate Experts" failed to recognize that "Split" in the workforce.
