Publishing ginkgo docs

Hey all,

Any reason why the ginkgo docs are nowhere to be found online?
They really should be immediately available and linked-to from - at
the very least - the README and Github project link.

If any help is needed in deploying the docs I'd be happy to assist.

I think Kenneth was telling me to use readthedocs...

We're really close to writing docs, but it just hasn't happened yet.
Docs were written a long time ago, but things have changed a fair
amount since then so I just wanted to defer docs until things have
stabilized. But we're about at that point as we start aiming for a 1.0
RC.
