Ginger-base 2.3.0 and Ginger 2.4.0 released

Hello everyone,

Ginger-base 2.3.0 and and Ginger 2.4.0 is released. In Ginger-base we
had a lot of bug fixes
and major improvements in the 'Updates' tab. In Ginger we have finally
migrated to the
side-bar UI layout and also had a lot of fixes.

I would like to thanks everyone for the effort to get these releases
done. I really appreciate it.
