We are looking to hire some fresh blood in our group ( around 5 resources ). The need is across Development, Reporting and QA. Before I request the hiring team to start looking for profiles, I want to explore internal references first. Please pass the profile directly to me. Before sending the reference, please make sure you have checked following things :

 

-          Good Academic record. It means 70% or equivalent in Class X, XII and Degree

-          Degree has to be full time ( no correspondence course / IGNOU )

-          Less than 6 months experience. Fresher’s are preferred

-          Other attributes that we are looking for are good communication skill and good aptitude and attitude.
