[GBG] Directional layers tool updated

Guys,

I've updated the directional layers tool to rotate cells individually
for mutli-cell layers. It's now possible to have, say shape jitter on
multiple cells within a single layer, and then add rotation to all the
cells at once, so you have a nice jittery direction-sensitive brush.
