Since i would like to see one last stable kickass gimmie
I was thinking of working on mayanna while patching against gimmie
0.2.8
what do u think.
so peopel can test
and alex can review. thus we have more freedom without destroying
gimmie
Cheers

I think it makes sense for Mayanna to make regular releases and do its
own development, instead of stringing along patches to Gimmie. If
there are good features that are fully baked and useful to Gimmie, I
or some other motivated contributor can work up a patch.

I would do that :)
I still hope at some point in the future there can be a merge between
gimmie and MAYANNA. Until then both should figure their own path.
However this doesnt meen that gimmie and MAYANNA. developers should not
be working together (basically gimmie and MAYANNA. have the same devs).

The only difference between gimmie and MAYANNA. i see now is
that MAYANNA. is taking risks(however no risks no fun )
cheers
