Convocation Rehearsal date,schedule,transcripts, diploma-2016

For the kind attention of the Graduating Students of the PGDM PT program

 

Please take note of the following Instructions in respect of the subject which have been prepared after several deliberations and in consultation with all concerned:

 

1.The Convocation Rehearsal date remains unchanged-i.e. 25^th. March,2016.

2. With due regard to the importance of the Convocation Rehearsal as a means of ensuring smooth proceedings during the formal Convocation ceremony, attendance at the Convocation Rehearsal is strictly compulsory. Students who are unable to attend the Convocation Rehearsal would therefore not be able to formally receive the diploma at the Convocation Ceremony.

3. Students are advised to report at 9:00 am sharp at the Sankhali campus on 25^th. March,2016, so that they are relieved latest by 12 noon. Delay in reporting due to genuine reasons and exceptional circumstances, can be accommodated, if the concerned students seek prior consent from Mr.Mukesh Kumar (mku...@gim.ac.in).  

4. The transcripts shall be distributed during the Convocation Rehearsal.

5.Students who are unable to receive the transcripts during the Convocation Rehearsal and/or  formally receive the diploma at the Convocation ceremony may collect the transcripts and/or diploma from the PGDM PT office at Ribandar (Ms.Kay) on 31^st. March,2016 or any other date in concurrence with Ms.Kay.     

 

This communication supersedes any other communication, verbal or written, regarding the subject from my side.
