Affliate Program-- did not get a respond after joining Commission Junction

Hi,

I have been trying to get into the Affiliate Program for several weeks now and have emailed as instructed with my company ID to get an Affiliate ID, but I have not gotten a response for my application since joining Commission Junction.

Are there more steps that I need to take after joining CJ and emailing the gilt groupe email at CJ with my Company ID to join the Affiliate program?
