Feature request: checkout endpoint

I would like to request a checkout endpoint.  I could provide a collection of items with quantity, and size-color runs.  I could also provide user, billing, and shipment information in the request.  I could also handle an asynchronous request if needed for performance as long as you provide a status endpoint that I could poll for transaction completion.

A checkout endpoint would help us increase conversion.
