API search result doesn't match with the actual site search result

Hello Devs,

I've been working on the integration between our ecommerce website with GILT API. Thanks to your your API doc, it's been quite easy to work with.

Recently we have figured out that API product search result doesn't really match with the result in gilt.com. So is it intended ?  OR is there any other way to get API search result similar to gilt.com ?

Hi Erkhembayar,

Gilt Public API contains only products that are available on sales (either active or upcoming).

Those are short-lived products, that sell out relatively quick.

Gilt.com search additionally returns products that are not included in any currently live sale.

Those are not included in the Gilt Public API.
