So, what happend was my iPhone 7 suddenly stopped working, there was noyhing I could do to fix it and I decided to buy a new phone. I bought a Samsung S21 FE (It hasn't arrived yet) but I still have no idea how to transfer all my iPhone data (backed up on iCloud) to my new android.
Every tutorial I see uses a functioning iPhone, and that's not my case sinse mine doesn't even turn on anymore. I downloaded iCloud to my pc, so I have acces to my photos (including the exif data of each one), my files and my notes. For some reason, when my iPhone died it carried with it all my contacts, I have no idea what happend because there are no contacts on iCloud, or on my google account, not even on my SIM card.
How can I transfer the data I have backedup to my android when it arrives? I would very much like to at least transfer the photos I have with a correct date and order.
Quite a bit of iCloud is actually available on Android through your web browser. You probably use Chrome, but any of the current browsers should work for this. Simply go to www.icloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
