download and install?

Hi,

I was trying to install from your github repository on my mac:

Cloning into 'giggle'...
remote: Counting objects: 2137, done.
remote: Total 2137 (delta 0), reused 0 (delta 0), pack-reused 2137
Receiving objects: 100% (2137/2137), 3.03 MiB | 377.00 KiB/s, done.
Resolving deltas: 100% (1327/1327), done.
Checking connectivity... done

| => cd giggle

| => make
/bin/sh: autoreconf: command not found
cd lib/htslib; ./configure --disable-bz2 --disable-lzma --enable-libcurl
/bin/sh: ./configure: No such file or directory
make: *** [htslib] Error 127


am I doing something wrong?

Make sure you have all of the dependencies installed.

Ryan,

This is what I get:

| => sudo apt install gcc make autoconf zlib1g-dev libbz2-dev libcurl4-openssl-dev libssl-dev ruby
Password:
Unable to locate an executable at "/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk1.8.0_45.jdk/Contents/Home/bin/apt" (-1)

Ryan,

Does the web-browser version work ok? I was trying with the default values, and it doesn't seem to give any indication of progress (is it working? error? etc.)....am I doing something wrong? I just used the default value already specified, and clicked 'RUN'
