Hi Ryan,

I am new here.There days I also use the giggle for my work and I am really confused about the giggle score.I want to know how to calculate the giggle score(combo score)? After reading the articles from the Nature Methods,unfortunately,I haven't seen any detailed mathematical formula to calculate it.
