Index and file are out of sync

Hi all,

I keep getting this error. Any suggestions?

giggle index -s -f -i "encodeOpenChromatinPeaksSorted/*gz" -o encodeOpenChromatinPeaksSorted_b

giggle: Index and file 'encodeOpenChromatinPeaksSorted_b/cache.12.dat' are out of sync.: Is a directory

Different caches are named as out of sync when I try re-running the identical command.

Oh, nvm, the "-f" flag to indicate that I'm re-indexing must appear first:

giggle index -f -s -i "encodeOpenChromatinPeaksSorted/*gz" -o encodeOpenChromatinPeaksSorted_b

and not

giggle index -s -f -i "encodeOpenChromatinPeaksSorted/*gz" -o encodeOpenChromatinPeaksSorted_b
