Hi Gigglers,
I have read the paper a few times now and watched the video, but I'm struggling with how to interpret the Giggle score (combo score). My understanding is that it is the product of the enrichment and the significance (so the product of the log2 odds ratio and the -log10 pvalue for the fisher's exact test). Does this mean that a highly negative (or just negative) Giggle score can be interpreted as a significant non-enrichment or depletion?

Or am I totally off base?
Thanks for the help,
Tesa

Thanks very much for the confirmation. It's always good to know that what you think you understand is correct.

Cheers,
Tesa
