1- Go to

2- Fill Signup form for the new account after signup you will receive email on your register email by clicking on email you get a link for generate your password and then login.
3- Fill the answer sheet and submit once completed.
4- It is not necessary to answer all the questions at once. You can login and logout as many times as you wish, but the sheet will be submitted only after answering all the questions.
