Summona Surge on the Isle of Siptah, loot any Legendary weapon (other than the Bezerker Axe) get 0 or 1 damage. This happens to me on online servers or offline in Single Player, with and Without Mods. Nothing changes it. I have video evidence I can/will upload if I can figure out how.

I just encountered this bug as well. I was excited that surges enemies drop legendaries now but, as always, disappointment followed. I told myself not to expect much from this game anymore but hey everything can change right? also the rubberbanding and connectivity issues getting worst on officials.

The first amendment filed by Rep. Pressley would drastically increase the amount of humanitarian aid in the bill from $9.1 billion to $26.4 billion. This humanitarian aid would be used to address the worsening crises in Gaza and Ukraine, as well as in Haiti, Democratic Republic of Congo, Sudan, and others.

Since the horrific October 7th attack, Congresswoman Pressley has consistently and stridently called for a ceasefire to save lives, return all hostages, and surge humanitarian aid to Gaza. This week, Rep. Pressley delivered a floor speech in which she called or urgent de-escalation in the Middle East and renewed her calls for a ceasefire in Gaza to prevent a broader regional war.

As Co-Chair of the House Haiti Caucus, Rep. Pressley has also led calls for extending Temporary Protected Status for Haiti, a halt to deportations, a Haitian-led democratic transition, the delivery of humanitarian, economic and security assistance to the island, and more.

As you use a weapon, you'll level up different Proficiency levels which will give you access to harder hits and faster movements. Each of the weapons have a type of proficiency that you can skill by using the weapon over time.

Basically the title. As someone who has returned to the game after 2ish years, there are a number of mods from the Nightwave seasons that I've missed out on. Certain mods (looking at you Sentient Surge) make weapons go from mid at best to level cap clearing monsters.

Because the only source of these mods are from the Nightwave seasons, people only get one copy per account (unless the mod is duped from account merging). This has resulted in insanely high prices on warframe.market. Sentient Surge costs 180-200 plat, and its looking like I'm going to have to farm the plat and pay that price purely because Nightwave has FOMO bait in it.

Has there been any mention of these mods being brought back in a timely manner? Supposedly it'll come back in a future Nightwave, but that could take over a year which is patently stupid.

Thanks in advance for any answers.

2. Exactly that, someone is willing to sell the certainty of having it already as well as time between having it now and maybe obtaining it later for that amount of plat. If those two things are worth it for you that amount of plat buy it. If not, do not.

I don't think so, but the fact they made a point of bringing back Efficient Beams, Exposing Harpoon, etc. with this NW season might...might be a hopeful sign they're aware of the problem. Or maybe it just means they're totally satisfied with a 4 year cycle.

If it's any consolation, a fair amount of the augments are bad, or don't make a bad weapon significantly better. Sentient Surge is not one of those mods though. You might consider buying more than one, gambling that it's not coming back soon, and that you can recoup your plat selling to some other unfortunate Tenno suffering from an an even further along case of Sentient Tentacle Fever.

This is just a game. Healthy way would be to treat it as such. unhealthy would to treat is as job and value it more than real life. And even in those you do not always get what you want, however much you try. If it was somethiiing really unique and one of a kind maybe, I could understand a fuss. But it is just another weapon that will be power crept in next update, just like most Kuva/Tenet weapons were.

I'd wait it out. the augments are good for those specific weapons, but unless you're really committed to building for that weapon and using it a lot, it's not as big a deal. they will inevitably return though, previous Nightwave items always do.

the crazy thing is that this is such a simple fix: just make all previous items appear in the shop whenever Nightwave is active, it'll encourage people to farm credits after hitting rank 30 and frees up a bunch of slots for new things to be added when a new season drops. there's literally no downside to this, but I guess the FOMO tactic works well enough for DE, hence why they won't change it.

That is great for everyone who did not get the items properly by progressing Nightwave before (although I bet they will still whine, because they actually need to login in a week the mods are in the shop or do you want easy easy mode whole shop with everything all at once?).

The U.S. is "solidifying its position as the world's most important arms supplier," according to a global arms dealing watchdog, as major conflict returns to Europe and the security situation in the Middle East deteriorates.

The latest annual data set released by the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) on Sunday indicates a surge in American weapons exports as the country's European allies embark on a rearmament drive.

Collective exports by U.S. producers for 2019-23 were 17 percent higher than during the 2014-18 period, SIPRI said. Its share of total global arms exports rose from 34 percent to 42 percent, maintaining the country's position as the world's largest weapons exporter.

This coincided with a 94 percent increase in major arms imports by European powers over the same time period. Ukrainian imports accounted for a significant proportion of this, making the country Europe's number one importer.

European relations with the U.S., Wezeman said, are "determined, partly at least, by the fact that European states do buy military equipment from the U.S.; that strengthens their relations with the U.S. arms industry, with the U.S. military establishment, and through all that, of course, also with U.S. politicians."

The U.S. certainly appears to be in prime position to benefit from Europe's renewed security consciousness. American goods accounted for 55 percent of European arms imports from 2019-23, up from 35 percent from 2014-18. This far outstripped the arms provided by Germany and France to their fellow Europeans, at 6.4 percent and 4.6 percent, respectively.

Indeed, with NATO's expansion and no sign of a thaw with Russia, U.S. firms may yet have even more opportunity. "In Sweden, the arms industry has been very positive about Sweden becoming part of NATO because you then become part of the NATO procurement network," Wezeman said.

"Don't forget, a few years back, he made a major point about the fact that he had been highly successful in selling arms to Saudi Arabia. So, why wouldn't he want to make the same point about Europe?"

Georgia offers one example of a state that has moved aggressively over the last decade to roll back limits on guns. Since 2008, the legislature has enacted laws that allow gun owners to keep weapons in their cars at work and to bring them into bars, churches, and some government buildings.

Atlanta is an epicenter of automobile gun theft. Between 2014 and 2015 alone, thefts rose from about 550 to about 850, a more than 50 percent increase. Georgia, like most states, does not require residents to report stolen firearms to police, so the actual number of guns stolen from vehicles is likely much higher.

In January, a convicted felon with confirmed gang ties was shot by Lubbock police after he pulled a handgun on officers in a neighborhood near Texas Tech University. Police later found out that the handgun had been stolen from the center console of an unlocked GMC pickup truck in September. Pelt noted that fact in her Facebook post.

Michael Rallings, the top law enforcement official in Memphis, Tennessee, blasted a state law passed in 2014 to allow gun owners to carry firearms in their vehicles without a permit. He told the local WREG news channel that the year before the new law, 378 guns were reported stolen from cars; by 2016 that figure had surged to 851.

In a further deterioration in the relations between the US administration and the Israeli government, US President Joe Biden said Thursday that if Israeli forces enter the city of Rafah in southern Gaza, the US would not supply offensive weapons that could be used in such an operation. The American leader vowed to continue supplying Israel with defensive weapons and systems the country needs.

Several media reports have already indicated that the US has slowed down its weapons shipments to Israel in recent weeks. US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin confirmed that one such shipment had already been delayed.
