Without cheating, is there a way to stop werewolves and vampires from despising each other the moment they meet? Any attempt at face to face conversation just results in more relationship loss. The only ways I've managed to get vampires and werewolves to be friends so far is by constantly calling the other person to chat, sending texts, and also just taking loads of pictures of them.
I like the whole werewolves vs vampires thing but sometimes its just super annoying. Like the vatores introduced their werewolf friend to one of their vampire friends and it was just instant hate. Can werewolf ally be applied to vampires?
One method I forgot to add is get your sim to "help fix bad relationship" with a werewolf and a vampire. Passively correcting their relationship seems to be the easiest route without cheating. "Talk up another sim" in gossip also works, but only if the vampire and werewolf already know each other. Otherwise it will just auto to "despise."
The reason I'm trying to find a way around it is because Lilith Vatore is currently having a baby with her werewolf fianc, and I'm worried that if the baby is born a werewolf, Lilith (and Caleb) will both immediately hate the child. That would be sad. Or on the flip side, the fiance immediately hate the baby if it's a vampire.
I worry that its just going to be an impossible task moving forward with growing the family. It would be great if there could be a reward trait added which allows werewolves and vampires to "Leave the past behind" which allows werewolves and vampires with the trait to treat each other just like regular sims. I have 0% modding capabilities so if that already exists or you are thinking of making such a modded trait, please let me know!
Sad news: Lilith had her baby. He is a werewolf. And I immediately got the notification that Caleb and the baby despise each other. Lilith even has a significant negative relationship with her son. Both Lilith and Caleb have the werewolf ally trait. This shouldn't be happening!
My werewolf sim is married to Caleb Vatore and so far, all of their babies have been vampires, no werewolves. I just wanted to know if it's the same for everyone or if it's just me. I'm on the 5th kid right now (also I was not planning to have that many) and my sim will be aging up to an elder really soon... I'm trying to get that wolf before it happens lol.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? A sim that is a vampire cannot romance a werewolf; a sim that is a werewolf cannot romance a vampire. There was one romance option once when the two sims first met, but as soon as the angry moodlet was gone from the werewolf, the romance option disappeared permanently.
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no dialog or romance option in conversation.
What do you expect to see? I hope that there is a way for these two supernatural sims to engage in romantic relationships and join together.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I have tried curing my sim of vampirism and they were still unable to pursue the werewolf. Only by creating a new sim that is 100% human were they able to pursue the Werewolf sim or the Vampire sim. It is sad that there is no way for these two groups to form a bond and share their love. All races and species should be able to love one another.

Localthumbcache was deleted. Okay so a weird part of this bug is apparently premade vampire sims can initiate the romance option with werewolves, but I am unable to do this with new sims I create. I didn't think to try a premade vampire because I don't play as preexisting sims, but after I noticed Lilith Vatore was in your screenshot, I decided to try it and it does work for premade Sims.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a half human,half werewolf with the "dormant wolf" trait become a vampire. Then have a baby with another full blooded vampire until you get a werewolf offspring by change. I got mine on the third baby and boy was she broken.
What happens when the bug occurs? My half werewolf, half vampire sim was broken when she was a toddler. She had an alternate form and when clicked on, her face and body were distorted and she was fully black with bright red eyes. When I aged her up to a teen her needs were all messed up and she basically had half werewolf needs and half vampire needs. When I tried to do her outfits in CAS everytime I would finish and save she would reset and look complete different in live mode. Her alternate form was also completely broken. Ever since then that save file has been broken and crashes constantly.
What do you expect to see? An update for the wolf pack specifically.

Screenshot (14) is of her abilities screen being shown as werewolf. Screenshot (18) is of her needs and how completely broken it is. Screenshot (17) is of her alternate form because it will not let me click on it.
Due to both sims being vampires, the vampire life state is applied. But then after, vampire + dormant wolf part is run, which may re-add vampire life state or add werewolf life state, resulting in a hybrid.
