The main phone line connects visitors with staff at the visitor center. Throughout the year, the phone line is monitored by staff on a daily basis, excluding holidays and days with limited visitor services. Please be advised that after-hours messages are not taken on the system; visitors are encouraged to call the visitor center during normal operations and speak with a park ranger for assistance.

A great wee loom for quick craft projects. I'm able to warp the loom with a range of fibres, threads and ribbons because it's possible to set up warp threads using either the small teeth on the top of the loom (for finer fibres) or the larger teeth at each end of the loom (for thicker fibres or ribbon) - see the Youtube video with Julianna and Eileen Hull.

It is a long time since I did any weaving and I hadn't been using beads and wires much to create jewellery and mixed media items. The Jewel looms have inspired me back to weaving, I think mainly because of their size, and I'm using up my beads too. It doesn't take long to set up the warp threads on the earring looms, the collaborative Eileen Hull loom (and also the blue Jewel Loom); it's easy and quick to create small projects and I don't use more thread or wire than is necessary. And the looms are great fun too.
