Below is all the responses I have as of today for GPC dinner. Can someone please take charge of the arrangement if we still want to have the dinner before 1/9 as I'll be out of country 12/19-1/2? I can look into later dates when I return if we want to do it that way.

1)      Year End Dinner:  challenge to schedule this year  – postpone to January. 

2)      Donation:  Budget ($680) per last year discussion – current direction is World Vision.  Gi to make final proposal, and check will be issued before the year end.

3)      December Meeting:  Scheduled to be at Brian’s home, but this is not possible due to his travel plans (January meeting at Brian’s house).  I would propose an off-site meeting before the year end. 

Data/Location:   Red Robin on 12/26 at 7:00 pm – let me know if can join.

Agenda:

a.       Reflection of the past 2 years.  Good/Bad – areas for improvement. 

b.      Elect new  “organization” for next year.  We will have new President and new Secretary effective 1/1/2015.  If no volunteers, then will draw straw. 

c.       Transfer of duties
