Anybody interested in testing AutoGR 3.1?

Between the other bug fix I add the following features:

in ggrab:

-on the fly reprojection of ggrab downloads

in autogr:

-new algorithm and improved parameters for the previous ones

-possibility to downsample at specific value the images

-automatic geotiff recognition and parameters extraction

Hi everybody,

for those of you having troubles with the GeoRef Filtering tool, I put together a patch that should fix the issue and improve the performances.
