AutoGR-T 3.3 almost there!

Hey guys,

AutoGR-Toolkit 3.3 is almost ready.

There are a number of improvements and changes, for example:

- you don't need to have administrative privileges to run it and also each user (guest or normal user) of a computer will have his/her own settings.

- ggrab can convert on the fly the image you download to (potentially) any format. If your EPSG is not listed in the drop-down menu, just type it in the field and see what happens :)

- I fixed an error on loading specific images in autogr-sift

- ggrab does not pop-up anymore during processing

- all scripts are more responsive and they don't freeze during the processing; also the autogr-sift interface gets real-time update about the processed and missing images

Is it enough?
