  Dear friends,

Thanks to your tool, I have downloaded several files for Northern Iraq, mainly from BingVirtualEarth. The PRJ file associated with the GeoTIFF gives the projection as "Mercator 1SP". The coordinates of several points I tried do not match with those obtained in GoogleEarth, that I obtained in "Mercator, zone 38S", that I think is the UTM 38S W84 projection.
Working on Iraq with QGIS, I want to reproject this file on UTM 38S W84. But "Mercator 1SP (EPSG 9804)" does not appear in the list of available projections in the GDALWarp (Reprojection) function.
Is this projection "Mercator 1SP" identical with "Google Mercator (ESPG 900913)" which appears in the list, or rather with WPS 84 / World Mercator (ESPG 3395) ? (but when I tried this one, GDAL stopped complaining that the PRJ file did not contain the corresponding data).
Thanks a lot and sorry for a question which is probably a basic one.

  Gerard

Dear Gerard,
thank you for your email and for your interest in the software.
Indeed what you mention is something I am working on for the next version.
Actually I am in the field and I cannot give your question the time it deserves so I have to ask you for some more patience and I should reply back to you in early september, at least with a temporary solution before the new version of AutoGR-Toolkit.
Thanks a lot,
Gianluca
