Cancer GIAB call today at 1pm EDT about new tumor cell line

Dear GIAB Analysis Team,

 

We plan to have another call at our regular time today June 9 at 1pm EDT, where we'll talk about very preliminary data and analyses for a new broadly-consented pancreatic cancer cell line, which is a candidate for HG009 in GIAB, and for which we have PBMCs that we hope to successfully immortalize to get a paired normal cell line. If we have time, we may also talk about preliminary data from early passages of HG008-T.
