Hello Fellow Runners,

For all of the runners that are going to put a spin on the traditional
race and attend either the Mud Run in Colorado or Warrior Dash in
Louisville...welcome to the wild side! Looks like it's going to be a
hot weekend, but a fun one. Please take pics so you can share them on
our new facebook site (see below)

An area race coming up next Saturday-Ravenna is hosting the Annevar 5k
run. I believe you have until the 9th to sign up to avoid the late
fee. I know there are several other area races, so please share with
the group.

The Grand Island Road Runners site is making it's way to Facebook.
The site has been created, but is still under construction. Please
take a moment to find us on facebook. Again, it's Grand Island Road
Runners and hit "like". There are so many runners in the Grand Island
area we don't connect with-please spread the word. My hopes is that
this site can 1) reach out to all joggers/runners no matter how long
you've been running or how fast 2) serve as a resource to share
helpful tips for running 3) share fun pictures from all our local
races and 4) give the runners of Grand Island a way to easily
communicate with one another and reestablish group running. We will
start to transition to the facebook location this month and plan to no
longer monitor this site after July 1.
