Week 9 Updates

Hey guys, 

This week is going to be a little bit crazy for us, but hopefully we will survive!

First thing, for ghU at meeting, I'll be sending out a second email like tomorrow or Monday so just stay posted for that!

Second thing, WORLD AIDS DAY! We as ghU are pretty much doing most of this single handedly so I need ALL HANDS ON DECK!

Here's what you guys gotta do:

(1) GRAB CONDOMS! I mean hit up Ashe and dumb the whole container in your bag if you can! I know it's a little odd, and trust me, I act REALLY AWKWARD when I do it, but we NEED condoms or this board is going to be HORRIBLE!

(2) We need to make this poster during this week and I cannot do it alone! I'm buying the supplies but we're going to need to put it together after meeting on Thursday! (I KNOW THE TIME SUX but if everyone is down, after meeting, we can walk back to my apartment (on Midvale) and put it together quickly/ eat pizza so everyone can still go out!) IF YOU ABSOLUTELY CANNOT MAKE IT THURSDAY, EMAIL ME ASAP! I will have things for you to do!

(3) Bruin Plaza shifts on Friday: I don't have class Friday, so I will be there with the board, but I would love company! I'm only planning to be there from like 10-2 (when traffic is the heaviest on B-walk) so I'll send out an email with sign up times when I send out the ghU plan for the week! The shifts will be 30 mins each so don't fret too much!
