Hi everyone,

Just a heads up so we can be prepared! We have the following sweet baby bunnies that will be growing up before we know it:

Flopsy, Mopsy, and Cottontail - English Spot mixes that were dumped at Petco, currently at Natalie Scott's. They were born sometime in February, so August will be around 6 months for them. They will be ready to spayed soon, and will then be ready for adoption. This Thursday is probably too soon for a vet run for them, when is the next vet run?
  • Edie - can Natalie keep them a while longer?
  • Ronda - can we start working them in soon?

Hefty, Stretch, Salvador Dali - the male Indiana bunnies! Stretch and Salvador Dali are ready to be neutered and can go this Thursday on the vet run. I've asked about Hefty, who's in a seperate foster home.
  • Because Stretch and Salvador Dali will still be able to make baby bunnies for a few weeks after being neutered (so I've been told..??), they do need "out" of Johna's house. I have a foster home available in 10 days who can probably take one, but we'll need a place for 1 more. Can we make room at the shelter?

Remi, Grumble, Twinkle - The female Indiana bunnies! They will likely need 3 more months until they're ready. November is typically a low intake AND low adoption month for us, and we really start ramping up our boarding reservations, so we can't be as creative with space. I'll add this to our calendar, but I wanted to throw it out there now that we need to make room for these when they're ready!

I think that's all for now, let me know if you have any questions/comments/concerns!

Yes, the boys Sal and Stretch need fixin ASAP! I will be sad to see them go tho but the time is hear. Let me know when I can bring them to the center for the vet run

The girls.....I can keep the girls and foster for a while longer. They have their own room so it isn't an emergency. We would probably rather them not bond tho so I don't know if they should be separated but none of them seem close to each other. Since they can break the bond after spaying anyway, that might give us 3 months of wiggle room

I was considering traveling for the holidays so itd be best to have them fostered/ or at the shelter for adoption before the end of nov.

In other words, find homes for the boys 1st and I will keep the girls here til we have the room or a good foster home

The mama bun can have surgery and be placed for adoption now. She is perfect. If I had no bunnies I would be grilled to keep her :(
