Hi folks,
We had a lot of switches this weekend.
Petcos:
- Peachtree City - Rafa is back, Brave moved in from Rani Rathburn's house. She's healthy, clean, and a bit chubby, but for a Dunwoody bunny, I'm just fine with that!
- Marietta - Tanner is back, Henri (Megan Rockwell Carpenter's bunny she found on the side of the road) is in. Tanner LOVES to be petted and was IMMACULATELY clean at Petco.
- Milton - Keifer is back, Clare is in. Thanks to Lisa Secondino for driving and switching!
- Also, Stephanie, Chris and I cut up 4-5 more carpets for Petco, so we're hopefully stocked for a bit.
- SUSIE needs to come back next! She's in the Alpharetta Petco.
- FLO needs to come back after that! She's in the Roswell Petco
- Chipper and Mario can go in their places, now that they're not bonded.
PetSmart:
Lola and Skeeter are back, Hansel and Gretal (with a new haircut!) are in.
FOSTER HOME coming in today! Starting at 1pm.
Jennifer Legg has had Bunny 101 with me and I've done the home inspection. Her paperwork should be filed in the foster folder. She needs a pet inventory form after she picks out her foster bun, and probably all of the supplies - Stephanie, while it's not much, you're welcome to give her that pellet bowl that's in my cubby at the center.
We're over capacity!
We are over capacity at the bunny shelter, but hopefully with some bondings going well this week, we can get things back to normal. We do have some bunnies that are likely coming in soon:
- Marshmellow - from Ellen's house
- Beauty and Meenie - Meenie is getting spayed August 1st and then will recover at Paula's, and then they will probably start making their way back to the shelter.
- Some of the male Indiana rabbits - we've had these guys for almost a month now, and while they were young when we got them, they should be allllmost ready to get neutered. We won't rush this, but when they're ready, we should try to work them in because they are CUTE and very adoptable!
- Plus any that Ronda is working on
Thanks everyone and happy Monday!
