There is a simple way to keep completed projects in the database
without having to scroll through them to find incomplete projects.
When a project is completed, insert '{' in front of the project title,
eg a project called 'Taxes 2008' will now appear as '{Taxes 2008' and
will be listed at the end of the project list, regardless of
alphabetical order.
This keeps completed projects in the database without cluttering up
the list of active projects.
Incidentally, if you want to keep a project at the top of the list,
regardless of alphabetical order, insert a '.' in front of the project
title, eg '.Inbox' will sit at the top - where an inbox should be.
