Update of printing function

Hello,,

unfortunately the printing function has not been updated up to now.

It just prints the Actions without any dates. When it is possible to
add any other fields on the print layout?

Sorry about not replying earlier. I have been planning for a major
rewrite of the printing function, but I have not had time to do it yet.

The limited printing support of Ghost Action is a known short coming
and I will consider it for future updates. However, there are
currently some more prioritized features such as a final Leopard
version that also runs on Tiger.
