Feature request

Great product. I am a registered owner. I have tried any number of
alternatives for project organization and this is great. I use it to
keep track of manuscripts and reviewers for submissions to a journal.

The one thing I find missing is the ability to archive or export. My
options at the moment are-
1) delete a project when it is done (in which case I lose valuable
data which I could use/need later),
2) keep the project in the database (grayed out when completed), in
which case I have to scroll through completed projects to to find the
ones with incomplete action items
3) sync everything to ical and use whatever features it has to retain
data about completed to-dos, in which case I have the problem that not
all actions have due dates and ical will become a mess if each project
becomes a different calendar.
None of these are great and an ability to archive and export would be
great. I actually think the product could then compete with simply
project management software and not just GTD packages.

I would also add my voice to two features someone suggested earlier.
I too think a cross-category search function would be great, as would
an ability to increase the size of the note pane.

I would appreciate any suggestions for how to deal with my problems
while awaiting product development.
