Hi friends,

I just wanted to send out a quick (and last-minute) announcement, in case you were wondering what to eat tomorrow for dinner. If you are in the Philly area, and you were in the mood for some good, home-cooked soul food, consider this: Sis Gilchrist and Penny Meads, two of our dear members, are taking orders right now for dinner platters. They will be cooking tomorrow at church (5029 Wayne Ave.--so I guess technically, this would be "church-cooked" dinner) for you to pick up. Cost is $8 per platter. Best of all, all proceeds will go towards Germantown Hope's ministries. Sis can be reached at 267-595-1166 and Penny can be reached at 215-844-6057. Place your order in right away!

I am greatly encouraged by these ladies' efforts to contribute to the ministry in this way.
