Are you able to take traffic school? To determine if you are eligible to participate in an Arizona Defensive Driving course, first select a school and submit your information. The school will conduct a court database check once you register to make sure you are eligible.

This course is for individuals who had their license suspended and need to enroll in a course to reinstate their driver's license or for individuals listed as a habitual traffic offender (HTO) by the State of Florida. This course can also be court ordered by a judge. This course can't be used as a substitute for a DUI school.

Driver Assessment consists of 1 hour in the car with a certified instructor. During the drive, the instructor will evaluate the driving physical and mental capabilities of the customer. After the drive, a letter will be sent to the healthcare professional and/or the customer reporting our evaluation of the drive.

Thanks to the staff at A & A Driving School, their patience and expertise, I am on the road again! It has been a trying experience to become proficient in the use of my bioptic lenses, but with their help in fine-tuning the skills I have and introducing me to new ones, I have been approved by our Secretary of State to continue driving. 1. Shall allow an individual who is issued a citation for a civil traffic moving violation pursuant to chapter 3, articles 2, 3, 4 and 6 through 15 of this title or a local civil traffic ordinance relating to the same subject matter to attend a defensive driving school for the purposes provided in this article.
(b) Shall allow an individual who holds a commercial driver license and who is issued a citation for a civil traffic moving violation pursuant to chapter 3, article 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 or 15 of this title or a local civil traffic ordinance relating to the same subject matter to attend a defensive driving school for the purposes provided in this article only if the individual was driving a vehicle requiring a class D license or a class M license and the vehicle was not being used for commercial purposes.
B. A person who attends a defensive driving school pursuant to this article is not eligible to attend a defensive driving school again within twelve months from the day of the last violation for which the person was authorized by this article to attend a defensive driving school.
1. An individual who commits a civil or criminal traffic violation resulting in death or serious physical injury is not eligible to attend a defensive driving school, except that the court may order the individual to attend a defensive driving school in addition to another sentence imposed by the court on an adjudication or admission of the traffic violation.
2. If a driver of a commercial motor vehicle that requires a commercial driver license is found guilty or responsible for a moving violation, the court may require the violator to attend defensive driving school as an element of sentence, but may not dismiss the conviction or finding of responsibility and shall report the conviction or finding of responsibility to the department as prescribed in section 28-1559. A driver of a commercial motor vehicle that requires a commercial driver license is not eligible for the defensive driving diversion program.
You may have received more than one charge on your Arizona Traffic Ticket and Complaint Form. If you qualify for the defensive driving program option, it may be applied to only one eligible traffic charge.
However, you must appear in court or pay fines for any additional charges you may have received, on or within ten days before the appearance date on your complaint. If you receive an extension to complete a defensive driving class it only applies to the eligible charge. Information for court date extensions and fine amounts may be obtained from the Court by calling 480-404-7000.

I recently attended 160 Driving Academy in Plant City, Fl and did the virtual CDL learners permit prep class. This company is very professional and thorough with their training. After a week of virtual class I was ready to take my CDL permit test at the DMV and passed no problem. After that I attended the range school in Plant City Florida. Big shout out to Pete and Marc, the best instructors. They take their time with you and give you one on one coaching if you struggle in any areas. They make learning the tons of information fun and treat you as more than just another student. From little things like Dunkin Donuts, pizza on Friday, a mist machine and tent for the hot Florida sun, and interesting stories from their well experienced truck driving days. Anyone can just teach the material but these guys really get the class engaged. I'll always remember this experience and the things they taught me will stick with me. After the 3 week range course I took my state test and passed. I'm now a CDL license holder and I owe the thanks to 160 Driving Academy. I ain't going out like that!!!!
