Sufficient sleep is essential to health. Research has shown that insufficient sleep which can be caused by porn addiction can lead to increase cortisol levels

Essentially that is saying that sleep depravation caused by porn addiction can lead to suppression of the immune system and decrease bone formation. And porn addiction is now promoted by the wide availablity of porn via the pervasive Internet. All you need is a computer, mobile or otherwise, and all those porn on the Internet will be easily available to you.
These are all avoidable health hazards solvable by getting sufficient sleep, but if you are addicted to porn, for better health, we need to know
how to overcome internet porn addiction.
