Introduction to Digital Video

Tracy mentioned a video editing class that was happening through Grays
Harbor College down in Ilwaco. I looked it up - it's in the Community
Special Interests section (http://ghc.edu/registration/cs.pdf).

CSI 081 Introduction to Digital Video $23.10
This class, designed for the beginner who has never created a video
before,
will provide students with the basic skill and knowledge to create
their
first video production. We will discuss the various video camera
formats
and the advantages and disadvantages of each. Utilizing
commonlyavailable
software, students will learn concepts such as: importing footage;
adding transitions, text or titles; and exporting their finished
product
back to tape or disc. Students are encouraged to bring in their own
footage
for editing.
