So far in the lifespan on Nintendo Switch there have been a bunch of big First Party releases that use dynamic resolution to help maintain steady performance. Breath of the Wild, Mario Odyssey, Splatoon 2 and Xenoblade Chronicles 2 all use dynamic resolution with varying degrees on success.
For the most part these games operate between 900p and 720p while docked and between between 720p and 600p while in handheld mode. However, a game like Xenoblade 2 has a much harder time hitting its target performance without dropping the resolution well below the target. Handheld resolutions could go all the way down under 400p. Unsurprisingly, that takes some people out of the experience.
Yoshi's Crafted World seems to have a similar issue with resolution. It targets 720p in docked mode but you spend most of the time below that. Handheld goes all the way down to just under 400p. It's fair to point out that this is all based on a demo and we could see more optimization by launch, but the interesting thing is the game targets 60fps. Just last year Nintendo released Kirby Star Allies as a 30fps title. These sorts of slow paced platform adventures don't require the responsiveness of something like Tropical Freeze.
WHO continues to work to support countries in the implementation of the 2014 World Health Assembly (WHA) Resolution 67.19 on Palliative Care which states the provision of palliative care is a moral imperative of health systems and it should be integrated into all levels of health care. On 5 October 2021, ahead of the opening of the world congress on palliative care hosted by the European Association of Palliative care, WHO hosted an online workshop exploring the implementation of the WHA resolution to date. Palliative care specialists from different countries described the successes and challenges of expanding access to quality palliative care, thinking through key elements relating to children, essential medicines, and communities. A link to a recording of the session is available here.
As WHO continues to support Member States in the implementation of the WHA resolution, two new technical resources have been released which focus on expanding access to quality palliative care. The first of these is a report on Assessing the development of palliative care worldwide: a set of actionable indicators. To date, monitoring the existence and maturity of palliative care services has most often been done by assessing the consumption of opioid analgesics. Although opioids are vital for pain relief in palliative care, they are only one component required for the development of robust palliative care systems. This new WHO resource provides a globally applicable and robust set of palliative care indicators to Member States that can be used to assess and monitor the provision of palliative care services in countries worldwide. Reliable data derived from these indicators can support decision-making by informing health priorities, resource allocation and ongoing palliative care strengthening activities.
As described above, currently only about 12% of palliative care need is being met worldwide. WHO will continue to work tirelessly with member states to address this gap in provision and ensure concerted action is taken on expanding access to quality palliative care to ensure no one is left behind.
Today, the Department of Justice announced a global resolution of its criminal and civil investigations into the opioid manufacturer Purdue Pharma LP (Purdue), and a civil resolution of its civil investigation into individual shareholders from the Sackler family. The resolutions with Purdue are subject to the approval of the bankruptcy court.
While the global resolution with the company is subject to approval by the bankruptcy court in the Southern District of New York, one important condition in the resolution is that the company would cease to operate in its current form and would instead emerge from bankruptcy as a public benefit company (PBC) owned by a trust or similar entity designed for the benefit of the American public, to function entirely in the public interest. Indeed, not only will the PBC endeavor to deliver legitimate prescription drugs in a manner as safe as possible, but it will aim to donate, or provide steep discounts for, life-saving overdose rescue drugs and medically assisted treatment medications to communities, and the proceeds of the trust will be directed toward State and local opioid abatement programs. Based on the value that would be conferred to State and local governments through the PBC, the department is willing to credit up to $1.775 billion against the agreed $2 billion forfeiture amount. The department looks forward to working with the creditor groups in the bankruptcy in charting the path forward for this PBC so that its public health goals can be best accomplished.
The resolution lists a range of actions to be taken by the WHO Secretariat including developing a report on the highest attainable standard of health for persons with disabilities by the end of 2022; implementing the United Nations disability inclusion strategy across\r\n all levels of the organization; supporting the creation of a global research agenda on health and disability; and providing Member States with technical knowledge and capacity-building support necessary to incorporate a disability- inclusive approach\r\n in the health sector.

After looking over your issue I believe I have a workaround for you. Right now there is an issue with widget assuming that the screen size is 1920x1080 and so it reads the resolution give to it as though it were being used on a viewport of 1920x1080. I have a formula that will allow you to get an accurate position. I hope that this helps.
I would also like to add that before, I had the widget not have a canvas panel as the root but instead used SetPositionInViewport with the result of worldPositionToScreen. This worked with all resolutions, but it would break if the rendering resolution did not match the size of the window.
I see that you are using the Get viewport size from the player controller. This returns the size of the HUD canvas. Are you making any alterations to the size of the HUD canvas? The reason I as is because when I change the screen resolution I am having no issues other than the image offset being a little off. But I compensated for this by simply dividing the half size of the widget by the screen ratio.
Overseas seminars afford students and practitioners the rare opportunity to complement professional and educational development with practice by engaging in real interventions into complex conflicts throughout the world.
I would highly recommend CRDC's class in Bosnia to a prospective student because Dr. Gopin combined our coursework with experience within Bosnia. The post-conflict peacebuilding course can be applied to many different concentrations within conflict resolution.
Again, I believe this is due to the multi-monitor settings (lots bigger rez) in my current DCS 1.5 Setup configuration. I "think" I need a method of resetting the main monitor resolution to single monitor mode with a 1900 x 1200 resolution to resolve. This possible?
I don't have it in front of me, but if you scan through it, you should be able to find the resolution section and edit it. You can, of course, just delete it which will reset all of the options screens to defaults.
