Hi, Your list is fabulous! Congratulations..not being experienced myself, I used a web designer for my previous site. I am looking to develop a Rental Property site, with the option of client submissions, payment etc. Also enable comments from tenants to landlords and vice versa. I wish to include the function of downloading all forms..leases etc and signature online. Bespoke order forms for external services..(prop management. Us doing photos/floorplans etc) I really like the look of the WPEstate theme..in your opinion would that work best for my needs?

I wanted to thank you for writing such an informative article. I am sure over the past year there have been new Real Estate Themes introduced into the market place that you like? I own a real estate brokerage located in Miami, FL and I am in the process of designing my website. I definitely want my site to stand out and separate myself against the competition. I believe a lot of real estate sites today are not user friendly, they are too busy and ultimately distract prospective clients from their overall objective on visiting the site in the first place. I work with majority of investors who are interested in purchasing residential and commercial real estate. I am searching for a classic/minimalist theme for my sophisticated clientele who demand luxury and wanted your feedback on which themes you might suggest?
2. Agentpress Pro theme is Genesis based Child Theme. If you have used Genesis extensively for other websites then it would be really easy to get started with AgentPress theme. Otherwise there is absolutely no advantages or disadvantages for this theme and it will perform the same as Real Homes or other themes.
I am looking for a template to real estate advertising, a template i can offer to people who wanna advertise theire property and make online payment to advertise.

I am a beginner and planning to launch a real estate portal and I am much interested in Real Homes theme .I would like to have your assistance as I have following questions to ask . I would be really thankful to your help in this regard . My questions are :
1) Starting from scratch, how do I start after taking/installing wordpress ? (i am a novice,so i know it would be annoying for you , apologies ? )
2) How will I manage the database/listings submitted by my customers/subscribers to my site ?
3) Does Real Homes have the feature of package subscriptions for real estate agents so that I can charge those agents who would like to post properties on my website. If Real homes doesnt have this feature , can you suggest a theme which has it or how do I cucstomize real homes for it ?
4) In REAL HOMES I would like to have the option of booking of a property in which is available for rent and once the customer does that after paying 20% of the rent value amount , I want the remaining money to be transferred to the agent who has the property listed (after the customer meets and takes the property after meeting the agent) . How is that possible to do ?
5) Can I integrate other Payment Gateways apart from paypal like CCavanue,2checkout,etc ?

I am not a developer so I am looking for a real estate listing theme which I can set up easily by myself. I want Real Estate Agencies , Landlords, Real Estate Agents to be able to list and sell/rent their properties (houses, offices, lands, conference or meeting rooms, parties spaces and so on). I should also be able to feature properties, add ads space and more. I am also planning to run the website in many countries (Each country will have a sub-holder). Hi purchased Houzez theme and i installed it on my hostgator shared plan, but when i try to import demo content it just keeps importing, i realized in the theme options it shows some minimum requirements for importing which are different than my hosting, i contacted hostgaror and some of the requirements are limited, so i wanted to ask you if you know how can i solve this? cheers
Hi Aigars, we are a start up company in Egypt in the real estate industry and we would like to create a search engine for properties in the middle east. We are considering Houzez theme. Can the site be in Arabic and English? can we integrate MLS listings? can we modify google maps since locations are based on cities and names not zip codes?

I am going to start with WordPress. We have a small builder company. We are going to build one to four houses at the same time and sell them to families. At the beginning we have a real estate agency but later we may sell them by ourselves.
Is the Real Estate theme too complicate for this. I woud prefer more theme like Pinnacle or Enfolf. And at the beginning make just a portfolio for the houses. But can I get later a widget for real estate if needes? Where I can see all those widgets witch are possible within the theme. Or can I do it with Real Estate theme a little bit more simple at first?
