How to setup gheat server?

My OS is Win XP.
I downloaded Python 2.7, Aspen 0.8, PIL and gheat distribution package.
Installed Python 2.7 and PIL, the latter automatically got installed into Python27 directory.
I unzipped Aspen-0.8 and copied it into C:\Python2. Ran the cmd and installed aspen by typing :- C:\Python27\aspen-0.8\setup.py install
I guess the installation was successful. I can now see 'aspen' file in C:\Python27\Scripts folder.
But the confusion is how to run aspen within gheat distribution. I am quite new to this and I don't really get what's written in the guide :- http://www.zetadev.com/software/gheat/0.2/__/doc/html/installation.html
