Make intensity a reflection of $/Hectare

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way to use gheat for mapping $/
hectare instead of number of hectares sold.

Example:

We have a list of polygons sold in land sales. We want to show
intensity based on price per unit and not on the number of units sold.

Any ideas?
