NEW Developmental Camp Shriver

Hello Special Olympics Families,

We are very excited to offer a NEW Developmental Camp Shriver Sports Camp this summer!  Camp Shriver is a weekly outdoor sports camp based on the very first Special Olympics Camp offered by Eunice Kennedy Shriver in 1962. In the past camp was offered to only athletes over 8 but this year, we are offering a Developmental Camp for athletes ages 6 – 12.  Focusing on developmental sports skills, Developmental Camp Shriver will run for 2 weeks in August, with week 1 covering the sports of basketball and golf and week 2 covering soccer and tennis.  Please see the attached flier for details.

Online pre-registration is required and parents must attend and information session in order to complete the registration process.  All athletes must have a current Special Olympics New Jersey medical form signed by their physician.
