GMail for Business - Punishing me

Hello folks,

I recently got gmail for business paid for 2 accounts, for myself and a friend. Surprisingly, emails from the @my-domain.net go to the intended recipients, however, the vice versa doesn't work. 

Anytime i send an email to the @my-domain.net email, I get response as in the email address doesn't exist on GMail servers. 

I'm really confused, and Google Support is like some only 10 Lightyears away from me. No one from google giving support. I have check every forum I can.

It might be that your MX records are not properly configured.  You will need to change your MX settings to point to the correct servers. https://support.google.com/a/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=33352&topic=2683820&rd=1

Did you setup your Apps account at your domain registrar? If not then try that. Also if you've already done that then give it a while.

Okay so I purchased the domain not from Google. I have not set any email account anywhere except on googl email. I have my site verified. During my 1 month trial, it worked. The account got expired and I couldnt send or receive emails. For that I understood. But now that I have paid instwad, its giving much trouble. I don't think anyone has done any changes to the mx thing.

Rexford, please check from your dashboard if your MX records are properly set. If they are having issues, you should see a warning sign by them.

Thanks folks. I was able to do the mx pointing thing. Truly, I never knew something of that sort existed. Im waiting for some at least 12 hours to see if the the changes I effected will work out but im 100.00% its gonna work simply because im using google.

Was that simple though, a copy and paste thing.
