Hello everyone,
The German Invest for Jobs initiative) that supports producers and exporters of pineapple, mango and sweet potato (to Europe).
They are looking for female app developers who could build a mobile application for the export management system. An app to process and document all the data along the value chain. An app that would ease the communication between producers, exporters and importers and facilitate the documentation of the export process so that importers have easy access to the required documents and can approve that the processing standards are met.

The German Federation of Wholesale, Foreign Trade and Services (BGA) is cooperating in the PartnerAfrica project with Ghanaian producers’ associations for pineapples, mangoes and sweet potatoes in order to increase exports to Europe and thus create more income and employment for the members of the associations. For the products, quality and transparency in the supply chains are to be further increased and the use of bio-fertilisers is to be tested as a preliminary stage to organic production. Furthermore, women in agriculture as producers and entrepreneurs in further processing are to be supported in a targeted manner in improving the quality and quantity of their products, thus increasing their export potential.
